I ended up managing a project where I found myself in the need of the solution this book proposes, so I finally decided it was time to read it. I liked that it was easy to read and follow, yet provided real world examples in addition to the “theory of Lean UX”. Sadly, I know there are still a lot of them who haven’t embraced lean principles yet due to stubbornness, ignorance or lack of innovation. It also includes user testing throughout the whole process and not just at the end of it, while mixing it quite nicely with the Agile-Scrum methodology even if this will need a bit of a fight for some company.
